Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter 3: New scooter officially introduced

Xiaomi has officially introduced a new electric scooter My Electric Scooter 3, which has already appeared in the application We Home. This new generation brings higher performance as the main novelty, which should be sufficient even when driving on steeper slopes with an angle of up to 16 °. In addition, the model was slightly redesigned in terms of design, orange accessories were replaced by a stylish blue color. In addition, a white-gray design with traditional orange details will be available.

Main technical specifications

In terms of technical specifications, we can look forward to a new electric motor with a nominal power of 300 W and a peak up to 600 W. It will offer maximum speed 25 km/h (3 modes - up to 5 km / h, up to 20 km / h and up to 25 km / h).

As for the battery, it has capacity 7650 mAh (275 Wh) with a total range of up to 30 kilometers and protection against overcharging, overvoltage, etc. It takes 71 hours to charge the battery with the supplied (5,5W) charger.

 

The battery itself weighs 1,6 kilograms and the manufacturer declares up to 500 charge cycles while maintaining at least 70% of the original capacity. The scooter weighs a total of 13,2 kilograms, so you can also carry it. It is suitable for users over 18 years of age with a height of 120 - 200 centimeters and its maximum load capacity is 100 kilograms.

The display, which is now integrated into one piece, has also been improved

Among the innovations, the manufacturer has also added a new "Sleep" mode, which is able to save energy in the battery when it is out of use and below 30%. It can maintain this capacity for up to 15 days.

 

 

In addition, the model My Electric Scooter 3 offers 8,5 ″ wheels with a larger dual brake disc on the rear wheel and also an anti-slip E-ABS system on the front wheel. All this is also combined with the KERS recuperation system. It can transform part of the kinetic energy into electrical energy, thanks to which the user himself will also benefit.

The infamous folding mechanism has also been improved, and it now has a new fuse and is even stronger. However, the new design of the scooter is not only at the level of color design. The manufacturer has also added a new way of folding the scooter, thanks to which you can unfold it or fold it in just 3 seconds.

 

 

In addition to the body of the scooter, the sales package also includes accessories such as a power adapter, a T-shaped Allen key, a set of screws, a tire, a list of technical specifications and also instructions for use - including driving information.

Price and product availability

As for the availability of the scooter My Electric Scooter 3, we do not yet know its start of sales in Europe. However, we know the selling price, which was set at 449 €.
